Shipping

Every order ships free, anywhere in the 50 states. There's no minimum order, no surcharge for a large flag, and no shipping line added at checkout.

Flags ship direct from the American mill that makes them. An order leaves the mill in 1 to 3 business days, and most arrive 5 to 7 days after that. You're charged when you place the order, and the tracking number is emailed the day it ships. If you need a flag by a particular day, say so when you order and you'll get an honest answer before you pay.

Returns

During the Winter Flag Sale, every flag is final sale and can't be returned. If a flag arrives damaged or wrong, it's still replaced, as below.

Outside a sale, you have 10 days from delivery to return an unused flag in its bag with the tag on. Return postage is $7.95, taken off the refund. A flag that has been flown can't be returned, so check the size before you run it up.

Damaged, or the wrong thing in the parcel

Send a photograph within 10 days and it's replaced free. In most cases you won't need to send the original back.

Weekend hours

Checkout closes on Friday morning (Eastern time) and reopens on Saturday at 10:00 pm Eastern (7:00 pm Pacific). Your cart is saved, so your flags are waiting when it opens.
